Key Components:

1. Feeding Hopper:

   • Where the raw groundnuts are loaded.

   • Controls the flow of material into the plant.

2. Pre-Cleaner / Scalper:

   • Removes large impurities like leaves, sticks, and oversized materials.

3. Destoner:

   • Separates stones and heavier materials from the groundnuts using gravity and airflow.

4. Aspirator / Air Separator:

   • Uses controlled airflow to remove lightweight impurities like dust, husk, and empty shells.

5. Rotary or Vibratory Screen:

   • Screens the groundnuts to separate based on size.

   • Ensures uniform sizing and removes undersized or broken pods.
